Jonathan Matcho Chief Software Architect & CEO
Jonathan Matcho has been architecting
enterprise software solutions since 1987, when he
joined DZS, a small consulting firm, while a sophomore
at Stevens Institute of Technology. There,
Jon served for 6 years as a software architect,
responsible for the delivery of several solutions
to HBO, Showtime, and DirecTV.
In 1993, Jon founded Brickhouse
to focus on the emerging field of object-oriented
business technologies, with a mission to reuse software
components from one business solution to the next.
This founding principle carries on at Brickhouse
to this day.
Jon continues to serve as
Brickhouse's Chief Software Architect, responsible
for the vision of the
Brickhouse Inform
platform and to balance emerging technologies and
tools with what is most important to users — tangible
improvements to the way businesses perform and
communicate.
Jon has had 3 books and several
articles published on software development and information
management topics (one book was a required text
at UCLA). Jon remains active with continuing
education, the New
Jersey Technology Council and the
Association of Imaging
and Information Management where he has been
invited to speak at conferences and seminars on
several occassions.
Jon attended Stevens Institute
of Technology and Raritan Valley Community College,
earning a degree in Science & Mathematics.
Feel free to contact Jon by
